‘Ritchie’ as he is known is a pleasure to have around the stables and always greets you at the gate of the paddock as he adores attention!
Regretfully for sale due to rider completing her HSC studies and is planning to travel overseas next year.
Ritchie has competed in numerous dressage days, competing up to novice and has established elementary movements. Whilst enjoying his dressage, Richie is also successful in the show ring, with being a competitive in the child’s show hunter hack classes and qualifying for Grand Nationals three times and top 4 at EA HOTY. Ritchie would suit a confident and competitive young rider wanting to become competitive in the show ring whilst also excelling in the dressage arena as well. Ritchie has attended numerous interschool events qualifying for interschool nationals both times he has competed at state, he has attended North West Coonabarabran horse expo and ISHE, was not fazed by the busy atmosphere there.
I began competing Ritchie when I was 15 now 18, he is patient and enjoys learning or trying different things such as trail riding or going for a canter down the paddock. Ritchie is easy to clip, shoe and float etc. I believe Ritchie has still got a lot left in the tank for his career with qualifying for Grand Nationals in his newcomer season.
GN 2025 Qualified for child’s Hunter hack this is a very hard sale for our family.
